TRACES

Embroidered digital tracing 

Produced in my workplace, in an environment of expected professionalism and productivity, Traces playfully focuses on those seemingly insignificant movements, which render serious, meaningful actions possible. The gliding of my hand on the computer’s mouse is virtually tracked and printed, while the walking of my legs is hand-embroidered onto the print, suggesting that these virtual and analogue workplaces offer a contrasting yet connected occupation of the space.
